For the Line 60 in Marmoelettromeccanica we have 3 options for you:

EHS KIT:

Suitable for all materials, the EHS is the most popular kit among our clients due to its high speed feed-rates. All kits have a Razorstone® precut tool and some profiles also include a Frangistone® breaker. These tools increase the life of your kits extremely and help your diamond consume in the metallic positions to be even. In positions 1, 2 and 3 we have the only copper bonded metallic tools in the world. The characteristics of copper help you to run them up to 400 ipm and 15000 feet without any redressing needed! The kit is completed with the world’s first rubber polishing wheels which on flat edges they can also be used with oscillation.

STANDARD KIT:

The difference of the standard kit with the EHS kit is in positions 1, 2, and 3; where the EHS tools are replaced with Nickel bonded Zenith® in positions 1 and 2 followed by a BiPower® 3rd metallic. We also offer an optional XtraFine 4th metallic option which helps you to have a smoother finish with your metallics in order to have less lines and increase the life of your polishers. Same as the EHS® kit, the standard kit also consists of 3 Longlife® polishers in positions 4, 5, and 6 alongside with the Frangistone® breaker and Razorstone® precut tool.

ELECTROPLATED KIT:

Specially designed for marble, travertine, and all other soft natural materials, the Electroplated kit helps you to get a constant perfect cut and finish on your workpiece. On positions 1 and 2 we provide the Electroplated technology which is followed by a BiPower last metallic position. On positions 4, 5, and 6 we have the Longlife® Rubber polishers which complete the polish.
