The Line 40 is designed in order to decrease the CNC inactive time. This line is capable of performing both internally and externally on the workpieces. The advantage of the line 40 is that it can perform in much higher feed rates in internal edge profiling. With an 22mm bore fitting this line symbolizes as the mini line 60 with special characteristics. The grinding tools can be chosen among the EHS®, Electroplated and Zenith® tools while the polishers are the LongLife® polishing tools. Furthermore a line eliminator Perfector® can be used before the position 6 in order to get the ideal no line polish.
